Subscriptions

ZenMarket401 offers subscriptions on select products, including matcha and rosemary oil. You're billed automatically at the interval you choose (e.g., every 30 days) until you cancel.

How to cancel, pause, or skip

Log in to your account and go to [Subscriptions / Manage subscription], or email us at support@zenmarket401.com with your order number. You can cancel, pause, or skip a delivery at any time.

Deadline

Cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged. Cancellations received after that apply to the following order.

Orders already charged or shipped

Once an order is charged and being processed, it can't be cancelled and is covered by our Refund policy. Subscription orders can't be cancelled after they've shipped.

Changes

We may change subscription prices or terms with 14 days notice by email. You can cancel before the change takes effect.
